At Burbank Sportscards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
